Daniel has been actively involved in the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2000. He is primarily focused on multi-unit investments, commercial and land transactions in and around the Greater Toronto Area, including Vaughan, Brampton, Mississauga, Milton, Caledon, Oakville and Burlington.
Daniel has a long track record of successfully guiding local, regional and national clients with their commercial real estate acquisitions, landlord representation, tenant representation, lease obligations, asset reposition, and dispositions. Utilizing his past professional experience with property appraisals, Daniel is also able to provide his clients with current and future market trends. He is known for his ability to understand his clients and then present a real estate strategy that produces results.
